NECKLACES
How to measure your neck - Using a measuring tape, wrap the tape around the base of your neck and place your finger where the two pieces meet. Note your measurements. You can add 2 - 4 inches to your measurement to calculate your recommended necklace length for the style you are looking for.
All 8 Other Reasons necklaces come with a 2 inch extender, and are finished with a lobster clasp. With the exception of some chokers.

EARRINGS
Earring length is measured from top to bottom, including the clasp the jewels may be hanging off of. The width is then measured at the widest point of our earrings.

8 Other Reasons hoops vary in drop length ranging from 3cm to 10cm. Drop length depends on the diameter of the hoop. Our hoops start at .75in in diameter and range to 3.5 inches.
BELTS
To measure yourself for an 8 Other Reasons belt, you can do the following: Using a measuring tape, wrap it around your waist pinching it at the point where the loose end wraps around you and meets back at the end. Calculate in inches.
All 8 Other Reasons belts come with extenders ranging from 14 to 17 inches in length. Most belts range from approx 42 inches to 50 inches. 8 Other Reasons tailors our belts to be able to fit a range of waist sizes from XS to L.

Returns Policy
NOTE: Earrings cannot be exchanged or refunded due to hygiene regulations so please choose carefully.
Return or Exchange for Change of Mind
- You may choose to receive a refund or exchange on unworn, unused, undamaged items with the security tags still attached within 48 hours of receipt.
- You must notify us by sending an email to enquiries@8otherreasons.com within 48 hours of receipt of your items.
- Items need to be returned to our destination within 30 days
- Items must be received in original condition - unworn, with all tags still attached.
- No restock fees apply.
- Customer will be responsible for the postage cost.
- 8 Other Reasons is not responsible for returns damaged or lost in transit.
- We do not offer refunds or exchanges on sale items or earrings.
- We do not refund the shipping cost on any returned orders – only the cost of the actual items returned will be refunded.

NOTE: All products featuring Glass stones, Natural Stones and Matte Finishes will vary in appearance. This is not considered a flaw in the product and will not be the reason for refund or replacement.

- We process all returns within 7 days of receiving your items.
- We will send you an email with the details of your processed return.

We will happily offer a credit note if you simply change your mind once you have received your purchases. The item must be in its original condition and unworn or unused.
