Returns Policy

NOTE: Earrings cannot be exchanged or refunded due to hygiene regulations so please choose carefully.

Return or Exchange for Change of Mind

  • You may choose to receive a refund or exchange on unworn, unused, undamaged items with the security tags still attached within 48 hours of receipt.
  • You must notify us by sending an email to within 48 hours of receipt of your items.
  • Items need to be returned to our destination within 30 days
  • Items must be received in original condition - unworn, with all tags still attached.
  • No restock fees apply.
  • Customer will be responsible for the postage cost.
  • 8 Other Reasons is not responsible for returns damaged or lost in transit.
  • We do not offer refunds or exchanges on sale items or earrings.
  • We do not refund the shipping cost on any returned orders – only the cost of the actual items returned will be refunded.

Return or Exchange for Faulty Goods

  • If your goods arrive faulty or damaged, we are more than happy to offer a full refund or exchange.

NOTE: All products featuring Glass stones, Natural Stones and Matte Finishes will vary in appearance. This is not considered a flaw in the product and will not be the reason for refund or replacement.

Processing Time

  • We process all returns within 7 days of receiving your items.
  • We will send you an email with the details of your processed return.  


We will happily offer a credit note if you simply change your mind once you have received your purchases. The item must be in its original condition and unworn or unused.
