Yes — we ship worldwide. International delivery times and rates vary by destination.

  • Canada: 7–10 business days
  • Rest of world: 10–21 business days

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Customs duties and import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

For hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and undamaged with all original tags and security seals attached.
  • Email enquiries@8otherreasons.com within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.
  • Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
  • No restocking fees. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • 8 Other Reasons is not liable for returns lost or damaged in transit.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

What if my item is faulty or damaged?Support
If your item arrives faulty or becomes faulty within 30 days, we can arrange a refund or exchange. Please email enquiries@8otherreasons.com with photos of the item.
Variations in glass stones, natural stones, and matte finishes are natural characteristics and not considered faults.

Can I receive store credit instead of a refund?Credit Note
Yes. We're happy to issue a credit note for items in original condition (unworn and unused).
