On March 19, 2020, California put the "Safer at Home" order in place continuing through April 19th. In order to keep our employees safe, we will be closing our Los Angeles distribution center.
Our hearts go out to all those impacted by Covid-19. Our focus is, as always, on the health and safety of our employees, customers, community, and the world.
We will remain available online for you to shop as much as you’d like, however shipping will be delayed until we are able to re-open our distribution center. Return or Exchange for Change of Mind
- You may choose to receive a refund or exchange on unworn, unused, undamaged items with the security tags still attached.
You must request a return within 48hours of receipt of your order by emailing email@example.com.
- Items do not have to be returned to our destination within 48 hours, however the return process must be initiated.
- Items must be received in original condition - unworn, with all tags still attached.
- No restock fees apply.
- Customer will be responsible for the postage cost.
- 8 Other Reasons is not responsible for returns damaged or lost in transit.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges on sale items or earrings.
- We do not refund the shipping cost on any returned orders – only the cost of the actual items returned will be refunded.
Return or Exchange for Faulty Goods
- If your goods arrive faulty or damaged, we are more than happy to offer a full refund or exchange.
- If your goods are damaged within 30 days of receipt, you may also request a refund at firstname.lastname@example.org.
- 8 Other Reasons is not responsible for any damages after 30 days of successful delivery.
NOTE: All products featuring Glass stones, Natural Stones and Matte Finishes will vary in appearance. This is not considered a flaw in the product and will not be the reason for refund or replacement.
- We process all returns within 7 days of receiving your items.
We will send you an email with the details of your processed return.
We will happily offer a credit note if you simply change your mind once you have received your purchases. The item must be in its original condition and unworn or unused.
