- Handling time on all orders is one business day unless otherwise noted in the product description.

- All orders placed within the US will receive Free Standard Shipping.
- Free shipping will take 5-7 business days.
- International Shipping varies depending on location.
- Shipping cost is calculated at the time of purchase.
- Cost is determined by weight and final destination.

NOTE: Earrings cannot be exchanged or refunded due to hygiene regulations so please choose carefully.
Return or Exchange for Change of Mind
- You may choose to receive a refund or exchange on unworn, unused, undamaged items with the security tags still attached within 48 hours of receipt.
- You must notify us by sending an email to email@example.com within 48 hours of receipt of your items.
- Items need to be returned to our destination within 30 days
- Items must be received in original condition - unworn, with all tags still attached.
- No restock fees apply.
- Customer will be responsible for the postage cost.
- 8 Other Reasons is not responsible for returns damaged or lost in transit.
- We do not offer refunds or exchanges on sale items or earrings.
- We do not refund the shipping cost on any returned orders – only the cost of the actual items returned will be refunded.

Return or Exchange for Faulty Goods
- If your goods arrive faulty or damaged, we are more than happy to offer a full refund or exchange.
- If your goods are damaged within 30 days of receipt, you may also request a refund at firstname.lastname@example.org.
- 8 Other Reasons is not responsible for any damages after 30 days of successful delivery.
NOTE: All products featuring Glass stones, Natural Stones and Matte Finishes will vary in appearance. This is not considered a flaw in the product and will not be the reason for refund or replacement.
- We process all returns within 7 days of receiving your items.
- We will send you an email with the details of your processed return.
We will happily offer a credit note if you simply change your mind once you have received your purchases. The item must be in its original condition and unworn or unused.
